I want to draft a new story, the main lead, Preeti, is an internal medicine doctor and her chief officer, Arun, calls her to do him a favor and do a house visit for one of his friends, Prem. Prem's grandmother has fallen ill, and Prem really loves her but is unable to get her to go to the hospital. Preeti being a kindhearted, soft-spoken woman, agrees to the house visit and there is when Prem and Preeti meet. There is no love at first sight but everyone appreciates her for coming and seeing her level of care, Prem requests if it is possible for her to become a full-time doctor for his family and she can still work at the hospital but then become their family doctor. She contemplates it for a couple of days but then meets with prem and tells him that she would like to continue to work at the hospital but every day on her way back from work she can always drop by to do hourly doctor visits for the family. Of course, if there is an emergency, she can work with Doctor Arun to figures out scheduling then. Prem agrees and this is the steppingstone to an admirable relationship neither knew would ensue
